Information about our Cancellation Terms (Cancellation & Changes of Orders):
ECOGUARD LABS is unable to cancel or change orders already in process/ordered, en route or delivered. We are unable to cancel any order unless it will be informed before two working days in advance prior to the delivery.
If the order will be cancelled by ECOGUARD LABS for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount already debited from you debit/credit card or any digital mode account which will be credited back to your account within 7 working days. But your refund amount should not be returned by means of cash/cheque at any cost by EGL.
ECOGUARD LABS does not give any guarantee whatsoever for refunding of amount to the Customer’s Card/Bank Account, if delayed for any other reason.
