Shipping Policy

GENERAL TERMS ABOUT THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY: EGL make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most ofthe Customer’s orders can be delivered within 5 working days. Once it has been ordered and received the same from our side. EGL is unable to give guarantee about the time of delivery due to certain conditions like Force Majeure or beyond the delivery locations or incorrect addresses or other unavoidable circumstances which are beyond the control of EGL and as stated below.

If we will find ourselves to unable to deliver the products within the time estimated, you’ll be informed first to know about the non-delivery either by phone or email.

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles to all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery, if the customers are not satisfied or disputed with the ordered quantity of the products or ordered the products or leakage from the products, EGL will accept & replace the same immediately and deliver the disputed products without charging any cost, if the disputes arises from the customer will be genuine one.

Acknowledgment is essential to acknowledge the proof of delivery. The acknowledgement card or sheet will be provided at the time of delivery. All ordered products by you which are deemed to accept (unless certain disputes already enumerated as above) at the time of delivery of the products and also you will referred the address or designated recipients address.

We regret to inform you that EGL shall not give for any guarantee about the delivery of time to the rural area addresses or certain addresses whereinEGL doesnot have their services for delivery, besides, service at midnight, hotels, hospitals, military base and hostels.

The delivery will not be redirected/redelivered to any other addresses at any circumstances by the customers.

On the occasion of important holidays / festivals, the customers are requested to place the orders at least within a week of time.

Orders can’t be delivered and EGL would not be liable for its non-delivery on the following circumstances.

a) Recipientis not available

b) Wrong Shipping

c) Delivery addresses is wrong

d) Wrong landline number / mobile or Extension number.

e) Delivered the product at the gate / reception table / neighbour’s premises

f) Refusal of delivery by the recipient. The images displayed on the website and the image given for order is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

In case of Floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh/Pandemic/Epidemic, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

It takes minimum 3 days to maximum 10 days to deliver based on the location of the buyer within India.

In case, the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet in the same city, details about the same are available with our customer’s support numbers.
